Last weekedn the weather here was really great, so I took the chance to make some more shots. Herres one of it, so far my favourite. It was a bit hazy, so thers no panorama. But i hope you like thisone too. The shot was taken on the way up to the mountain Hochobir in southern carinthia. At the right side you cann also see the peak.
You may notice the painted stone in the lower right corner. These stones mark the ways there, and there are over 100 of them. I specially like the red color of it against the rest of the scenery.

Great shot =) It really has everything greatly considered.
The colours, contrast, subject.. everything.
I personally really like the subject, been hunting same kind of pic for a while now.. kinda in that mood =)
Also the technical execution is great, its focused excatly to the right place.
The closest stones are sharp and nice and so are the stones further.
Just gotta +fav this =)
Would have been great to get bigger image!
Though I consider quality a lot more important than size so this is great anyway!

i like how the red is complementary to the calming blues and greens of the scenery. that contrast gives more vibrance to an already vibrant setting. :) it looks so peaceful somehow, and it looks to have been a wonderful capture with that rock road going through the hills. well done

Sehr schöne Farben, wär sicher auch ein vertikales Panorama interessant gewesen, wo man noch mehr Himmel sieht udn gleich viel vom Weg :) Panorama hast aber schon gemacht da oben, oder?
